Job description: Key Responsibilities
1.Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
2.Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
3.Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
4.Co-ordinates with Sales Department to set priorities for programming Consultant visits to get company’s guide specification accepted and used by the Consulting firm.
5.Discovering and exploring opportunities.
6.Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
7.Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
8.Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
9.Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
10.Identify and implement strategic and tactical sales delivery approaches
11.Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
12.Developing new & existing markets
13.Develop products / product lines
14.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
15.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
16.In addition to the above, the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager.Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / in any fields
