A leading provider of professional real estate registration services in Dubai.Job Description:
– Identify and engage corporate and individual clients interested in property registration services in Dubai and the UAE.
– Present and tailor the company’s property registration services to meet the specific needs of clients, emphasizing efficiency and advantages in expediting transactions.
– Conduct market analysis and strategic development such as the creation of effective business development strategies.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of property registration processes including opening of Escrow accounts, Oqood registration in Dubai, property sale registration, property mortgage registration, transfer of property, among others.
– Achieve sales targets, identify upselling opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
– Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
– 25 to 40 years old
