Job description: Development of relations with consultants and developers, within the residential space, in the region which includes setting strategies, selling to and educating consultants and clients about product portfolio, facilities, and services.

- Support all aspects of the relationship with Consultants/Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Ensure products and systems are included in the specifications for projects.
- Provide technical assistance to Consultants/Specifying bodies.
- Communicate specification details, project details, and contractor information to the sales team for follow-up.
- Liaise closely with the sales team and ensure all projects are followed up with the successful contractors.
- Stay informed about market conditions and competitor activities, sharing relevant information with sales management and product managers.
- Maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue inquiries and sales opportunities in new sectors.
- Expand the assigned portfolio by proactively prospecting through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

- Strong presentation skills are essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in person, in writing, and over the phone.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Extensive experience in specification and vendor listing.
- Proven ability to influence external experts in technical and product-related matters.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in the UAE and GCC regions.
