This Business Analyst position focuses on improving Amazon’s shopping funnel metrics for MENA customers. You will own the end-to-end process of collecting, analyzing, and automating customer experience data to enable actionable insights. In collaboration with Product, Tech, and Worldwide teams, you will quantify feature impact and help close entitlement gaps that hinder shopping journeys. - Lead data collection and analysis to quantify customer funnel behavior
- Automate tracking for daily and weekly shopping events in both Arabic and English
- Partner with Product Managers and Tech teams to quantify feature impact
- Develop scalable entitlement reporting frameworks and dashboards
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on experimental and launched features
- Secure and optimize access to event-level customer data
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to L8+ leadership
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, or similar databases
- Strong SQL proficiency and scripting experience with Python
- Proven skills in data modeling, ETL pipeline development, and statistical analysis (R, SAS, or Matlab)
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, QuickSight, or equivalent
- Knowledge of AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, Redshift, and DynamoDB is preferred
- Ability to manage large-scale datasets and influence product direction with data-driven recommendations
