Job description: Skills, Tools, and Systems Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
  • 4 years of experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts , HCM Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publishers, Application security, Infolets and other HR dashboards.
  • Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Minimum 5 years IT experience covering business requirements, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organisations.
  • Compensation Management knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation skillS

Key Accountability Title 130%

  • Gathering business requirements for enhancements, customizations and developing technical requirement documents.
  • Preparing estimates based upon the custom requirements and preparing project schedules.

Key Accountability Title 230%

  • Building custom reports, interfaces and integrations using Fusion Technology Stack.
  • Working with Functional Consultants to understand and review the feasibility of business requirements.

Key Accountability Title 310%

  • Being involved in post implementation support to provide solution for production issues or for any other maintenance activities which might also involve change management process.

Key Accountability Title 420%

  • Testing and documenting all code changes. This includes unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, performance testing, capacity testing and quality reviews.

Key Accountability Title 510%

  • Support the Fusion HCM application environment.

Expected salary: 14000 – 17000 per month
