- Conduct in-depth market research specific to the Dubai real estate market, including trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Analyze Dubai real estate market data, considering demographics, pricing trends (freehold vs. leasehold), vacancy rates, and absorption rates in specific districts.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the feasibility of potential real estate investments within Dubai, considering factors like off-plan vs. completed properties and leveraging data from the company’s ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings and recommendations to the CEO and other stakeholders, highlighting Dubai-specific considerations.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure effective integration of real estate data with the company’s ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).

- Open to Indian nationality
- 35 years old and below
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with experience in the Dubai real estate market preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets specific to Dubai real estate.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent financial modelling skills with experience using Excel or other financial modelling software.
