Job description: Key Responsibilities:
1.Analyze sales data, inventory levels, customer trends, and market conditions to support decision-making.
2.Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, sales, finance) to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
3.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular business performance reports.
4.Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business planning and strategy.
5.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and systems.
6.Support the planning and implementation of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product assortments.
7.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes with data-backed insights.
8.Lead business process improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2.3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in retail or furniture sectors.
3.Strong knowledge of retail analytics, inventory management, and customer behavior analysis.
4.Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and ERP systems.
5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
7.Experience in the UAE/GCC retail market is highly preferred.
