Job description: Responsibilities
1.Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new requirements or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
2.Write / Develop computer programs as instructed by the Supervisor
3.Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.
4.Design and write dynamic reports as per the end user needs.
5.Ensure developed programs are tested thoroughly and are bug-free
6.Troubleshoot developed programs and fix run time and logical errors.
7.Advise team about, or perform maintenance of software system to increase efficiency
8.Ability to work independentlyRequirements:
1.MCA or equivalent
2.Minimum one programming certification
3.3+ years’ experience, preferably in a similar position in manufacturing company with: VB.NET: Web based development is mandatory (MCTS: .NET Framework Application Development Foundation is preferred)
4.Asp.net MVC
5.JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JQuery
6.Vb.net / C#.net (preferred vb.net),
7.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database development
8.Crystal Reports (or other reporting tools)
9.Visual Source Safe 2005
MS Office and Visio
