• Formulates, presents, and assists with the developments of the OIG Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Budget Estimate submission (BES), and President’s Budget (PB).
• Prepares required financial data and analyses to respond to OUSD(C) data requests relating to budget formulation and execution.
• Prepares cost estimates, statistical and financial tables, and charts to monitor the OIG status of funds.
• Analyze policies, directives, legislation, budget data and reports to determine appropriate resource allocation, identify imbalances, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Assists senior management with the preparation for budget hearings, the presentation and defense of budget estimates before OSD, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress.

• This position requires a security clearance at the Secret (Non-Critical Sensitive) level.
• The incumbent must achieve the DoD Financial Management Certification – Level 2 within two years of entrance into this position, consistent with requirements detailed in DoDI 1300.26.
• The incumbent must adhere to the DoD Standards of Conduct.
