The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, an eye for viral content, and a proven ability to scale personal brands and narratives within fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Branding Strategy
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to elevate the personal brand of our founder, aligning it with the company’s overall vision and growth objectives.
- Position the founder as a thought leader in the UAE market through engaging and authentic digital narratives.
Content Creation and Storytelling
- Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality, engaging video content tailored for virility within the UAE audience.
- Craft compelling stories that highlight customer success, employee journeys, and the brand’s unique value proposition.
- Identify trending topics and cultural insights to create locally relevant and timely content.
Social Media Management
- Manage the founder’s and company’s social media platforms to amplify visibility and engagement.
- Plan and execute a robust social media calendar, leveraging UAE-specific trends and audience behavior.
- Engage actively with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a culturally appropriate and on-brand tone.
Analytics and Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics across social platforms to evaluate the impact of content.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies for greater engagement and reach.
RequirementsMust-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Content Expertise: Proven track record of creating viral content, especially video, and managing impactful personal branding campaigns.
- Storytelling Ability: Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills, with a deep understanding of the UAE culture and market dynamics.
- Social Media Proficiency: Expertise in social media management, including strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Analytics Acumen: Experience with performance analysis tools to interpret social metrics and inform strategy adjustments.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Experience
- Startup Environment: Prior experience in startups, with exposure to scaling brands or personal profiles from scratch.
- Regional Knowledge: Demonstrated success in brand-building activities tailored to the UAE or similar markets.
Expected salary: 7000 – 10000 per month
