Gender: AnyWhat Does a BIM Modeler – Revit and Navisworks Expert Do?– Create and manage Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
– Maintain model accuracy and ensure clash-free coordination across all disciplines
– Follow BIM workflows, naming conventions, and ISO 19650 standards
– Collaborate with architects, structural and MEP engineers for integrated designs
– Conduct clash detection and lead coordination meetings
– Extract 2D drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from the model
– Update models during design and construction phases, and finalize as-built modelsWhat Are the Key Responsibilities?– Apply Azizi standards and project-specific modeling protocols
– Develop 3D architectural and MEP models for high-end developments
– Integrate structural and services layouts with architectural intent
– Review models for consistency, accuracy, and design conflicts
– Support project documentation through BIM outputs

– Degree in Architecture or a diploma with post-graduate certification in BIMExperience:
