Job description: Our client in the Telecommunications and Internet Marketing industry is currently looking for a Billing and Accounts Receivable Team Leader in Waverley, Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently resolve all customer escalations.
- Ensure invoice accuracy.
- Manage debt collection and bad debt write-offs.
- Oversee billing runs and ensure all revenue is billed.
- Supervise the contract approval process.
- Manage the refund process.
- Oversee the customer cancellation process.
- Ensure adherence to all group processes and policies.
- Allocate, delegate, and supervise tasks to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Manage cancellation process.
- Manage and ensure all billing is processed accurately.
- Manage credit note process.
Requirements:
- Martic (Grade 12)
- 2 years’ experience in Account Receivable Team leader role and Accounting Knowledge.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
- Solid billing system.
- Computer Literacy.
- Accounting.
Remuneration:
- R30 000 – R35 000 per month.
Expected salary: R30000 – 35000 per month
