Job description: As a Bike Messenger, you will be an essential part of our food delivery process. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders using your own bike or one of our company bikes.

Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver food orders from various restaurants to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and handle payments from customers
- Utilize navigation and route planning tools to ensure efficient delivery
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while dealing with customers
- Inspect and maintain your bike to ensure safety and efficiency during deliveries
- Report any issues or incidents that occur during deliveries to the appropriate team members
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a reliable bike with a valid driver’s license and insurance (if using personal bike)
- Proven experience as a Bike Messenger or in a similar role is an asset
- Familiarity with the city and its bike lanes is preferred
- Physically fit and able to ride a bike for extended periods, in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Expected salary: 5300 – 5700 per month
