As a Behavior Intervention Trainer, you will be responsible for supporting our Behavioral Health Coaching & Training Academy, providing school-based consultation services, and providing emergency school-based support for students with Tier 3 behavioral health needs.Why Join Our Team:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in community behavioral health settings supporting children, adolescents, and or adults with acute needs is highly preferred.
  • Experience providing high quality training opportunities related to behavioral health, safety, prevention, and de-escalation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and emotional regulation/co-regulation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, staff, and families
  • Ability to effectively navigate and respond in potentially volatile environments with students significantly impacted by complex trauma. Physical and emotional capacity to consistently support the health and safety of students and staff is critical.
