Job description: We are recruiting for an experienced, calm and inclusive female Barre Instructor to join a premium ladies’ boutique studio in sunny Abu Dhabi! They would be required to lead dynamic, music-driven classes with proper choreography. The ideal candidate has a background in fitness or dance, strong cueing abilities, and a passion for helping clients reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.The Package:– a basic salary (between 7 000 – 9 000 AED depending on qualifications and experience)– commission to be discussed in the interview– employment visa– medical insurance– annual flights– 30 days paid annual leave– uniform – t-shirtsRequirements:– Barre certification– Additional pilates certifications would be advantageous– Minimum of 2 years experience instructing Barre– Experience dealing with a high caliber of clients in a boutique studio– English speaking (fluent)– Other languages are advantageous– Excellent communication skills– Works well in a team– Respectful, reliable & professional– calm, positive, enthusiastic and inclusiveDuties & Responsibilities:– Teach choreographed barre classes synced to music, offering modifications for all levels.– Create engaging playlists and well-structured class flows.– Ensure a safe, welcoming studio environment.– Arrive on time, set up equipment, and maintain cleanliness.– Build client relationships and support studio events and retention efforts.
Expected salary: 7000 – 9000 per month
