In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions using Microsoft’s Azure suite of services. Your expertise will drive the creation of scalable, secure, and efficient applications while contributing to our organization’s cloud migration and innovation efforts to provide a leading SaaS platform for the music industry.This position is a 100% remote, primarily C# software development position, and will require architectural knowledge of cloud-based applications in Azure, including configuration, security, networking, data migration pipelines, data storage solutions, performance, scalability and integration with external services.This role pays an annual salary of $85,000-$100,000.Benefits for Full-Time roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).This position will remain open until August 8, 2025.Responsibilities
- Designing cloud solutions, selecting appropriate Azure services, and optimizing resource utilization for high availability and performance
- Creating solutions using .NET, Azure Data Factory, Azure Pipelines, Service Applications, SQL Server/Cosmos DB, Blob Storage and other technologies.
- Writing, maintaining and documenting various software applications (such as API’s) in C# and Python
- Deploying applications, configuring services, and monitoring and troubleshooting in Azure environments
- Implementing data storage solutions, integrating databases, and using Azure data services for efficient data management and fast performance for our SaaS products
- Identifying bottlenecks, optimizing application performance, and scaling resources dynamically

- Knowledge of API Development and OAuth 2.0

- Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems such as Git, and containerization platforms like Docker
- Understanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, load balancing, microservices, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with project management software, such as GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JSON, WebAPI, SQL
- Knowledge of Linux systems including Nginx, SOLR, Docker is advantageous but not required
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with data formats, languages, protocols, and architecture styles required to provide Azure-based integration solutions (for example, C#, .NET, JSON, REST)
- Experience developing software for an enterprise environment
- The ability to create and support Azure solutions using services/resources such as SQL, API management, Functions, App Service, Data Factory, Storage Account, Cost Management, Active Directory etc
