Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the USAzure Cloud AdministratorAs an Azure Cloud Administrator, you bring practical experience and leadership to conceive, plan, build, and execute cloud computing strategies and solutions. As part of this role, you will build an Azure infrastructure to support the migration of applications/databases to hybrid and public Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.Responsibilities:
- Lead in building, migrating, testing and deploying integrated, scalable cloud solutions for business processes using IaaS and SaaS services
- Azure App Service – plan/create/configure resources (I.E. ASE, APIM, ASP)
- Azure Network – Secure internal and external connections to applications, servers and storage using NSG, Firewall, routing, Hub/Spoke and other Azure resources
- Ability to create a reliable network using azure resources, such as, but not limited to virtual networks, subnets, express routes, DNS, static addresses
- Entra ID – experience with AD on-premise, AAD Connect, Azure AD, ADFS, Domains
- Demonstrate the ability to write and present effective materials, including presentations, status reporting, technical diagrams and flowcharts
- Responsible for the forward movement of the company in evaluating strategies in Azure infrastructure to make the company more efficient and cost effective
- Understanding of Azure hardware/software pricing schemes with the ability to estimate costs and produce high level cost analysis and reports to executive management
- A track record of success developing and deploying creative technical solutions to business problems for or within large enterprise organizations
- Use additional Azure Securities as Security Center, ATP, ADS, Sentinel
- High level of confidence and experience with working within the Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell and Azure CLI
- Ability to work with departments to design and produce reports that relay performance metrics, network latencies, and alerting of essential business processes
- Create monitoring systems that support personnel can respond to from proper dashboard and email alerts
- Setup and monitor backups of data to confirm we can recover data under the current restrictions the company has set for on data capture retention and requirements
- Communicate with other team members for internal discussions on how to plan and create environments for new applications and business processes
- Document the infrastructure, processes and workflows that work between azure resources
- Use acquired knowledge to suggest, edit, and write in-depth Knowledge Base articles
- Properly and completely document work performed in the Service Now system
- In addition to the above, each Associate will be required to cross train for position(s) within the Organization which may, from time to time, be required
- Management reserves the right to change the duties and responsibilities set forth herein at any time
- Regular interaction with development, database and network teams, as well as, mortgage division associates and IT departments
Skillset / Experience:
- 5+ years of hands on experience supporting Enterprise computing infrastructure and virtualization computing technologies
- Strong experience with the Azure Cloud Platform
- Strong experience with cloud monitoring technologies
- Strong experience with PowerShell
- Experience working in DevOps methodologies
- Experience working with Azure Security Best Practices
- Experience with creating and implementing templates for Azure resources.
- Experience working on large or complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comprehension.
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate matters to third parties.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Interact well with other associates
- Possess positive and professional attitude and represent company in a positive manner
- Ability to listen effectively and follow directions
- Possess the ability to understand the technical aspects of an I.S. department

Physical Requirements:
- Requires the ability to operate a personal computer, fax machine, copier, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry materials and supplies weighing 35 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. Position requires periods of phone work at a desk, utilizing a keyboard and monitor.
