Job description: Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the customer base and drive revenues, both from new customers and existing customers, in the Middle East region.Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire mid-sized and enterprise clients, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored solutions.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and reports to senior management.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company objectives.Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies.Customer Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS/Software sales within the Middle East, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.Additional Requirements:Driving license and a personal vehicleWillingness to travel within the Middle East region as required

Expected salary: 20000 – 23000 per month
