- Deliver engaging in-person and digital training programs, including video-based content and voiceovers
- Design and update curriculum using blended learning methods aligned with brand and business standards
- Support line managers through coaching and tailored development interventions
- Conduct needs analysis and track training KPIs to align learning initiatives with operational performance
- Develop internal training communications and monthly learning articles for wider publication
- Facilitate UAE national development programs and manage induction experiences for new joiners
- Collaborate across departments to assess learning gaps and drive capability uplift
- Administer training platforms, monitor attendance, and maintain training documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:Education:
- Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a learning, training, or coaching role
- Automotive sector experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and video editing tools
- Able to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in curriculum design and digital training delivery
