- Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Conduct pre-inspection and post-repair tests to ensure vehicle functionality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and offering solutions.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work completed on each vehicle.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive repair preferred.
- ASE certification is a plus but not required.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and technology.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Expected salary: 4500 – 6500 per month
