Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our dynamic design team. As an AutoCAD Draughtsman, you will play a vital role in transforming conceptual designs into technical drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD software, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and possess excellent technical and communication skills.Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings using AutoCAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and design specifications
- Review, redline, and revise drawings based on feedback and comments from project team members
- Create accurate and comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) for construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure drawings are completed on schedule and within budget
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
- Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and records
Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software applications
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in architectural and engineering design
Expected salary: 6600 – 7200 per month
