Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Create and modify 2D and 3D drawings, models, and layouts.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and measurements.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and changes in project scope.
- Comply with company standards and guidelines for file management and naming conventions.
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and project documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings.
- Stay up to date with the latest AutoCAD software updates and industry trends.
Requirement
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman or similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software and other computer-aided design tools.
- Excellent technical drawing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Solid understanding of construction and architectural principles.
- Knowledge of drafting standards and practices.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Expected salary: 6600 – 7200 per month
