Job description: Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Audit and Liquidation – Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Finanshels.com. This role involves managing client accounts with a focus on audit, liquidation, and one-time books cleanup projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, client management capabilities, and a proven track record in process improvement and project management within financial services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Management: Oversee the audit process, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Liquidation Services: Manage the liquidation process for client entities, including asset disposal, debt settlements, and final account closures. Ensure all activities are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Books Cleanup: Conduct one-time cleanup projects for client books, identifying discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and providing recommendations for ongoing financial health.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for all audit and liquidation queries, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial professionals. Manage team resources to meet client demands and project deadlines.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate excellent onboarding experiences for new clients, ensuring they understand our services, processes, and timelines.
  • Process Development: Write, update, and implement processes to improve efficiency and compliance. Continuously seek ways to streamline operations.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management systems to track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure project delivery within scope and budget.

RequirementsQualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a financial management role, with specific experience in audit, liquidation, and books cleanup.
  • Proven track record in client and team management.
  • Experience in writing and implementing financial processes.
  • Strong background in project management, with experience using tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.

Expected salary: 5000 – 7000 per month
