We are specifically looking for someone who is fluent in Russian to cater to our Russian-speaking clientele. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a prestigious brand and contribute to the success of the store.As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards, achieving sales targets, and managing the store staff. - Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service standards and personalized assistance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the store is presented in an attractive and organized manner.
- Train and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze store performance indicators, such as sales reports, and take appropriate actions to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in selling high-end women’s apparel.
- Prior experience in a retail management role, preferably in high-end fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluency in Russian is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a memorable shopping experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Benefits:Salary AED 10k to 14K – All in plus incentives
Expected salary: 10000 – 14000 per month
