Job description: Job DetailsCore Accountabilities:Support the Security Shared Services team in managing specific screening requirementsOversee the collation of ID documents for Security Shared ServicesHandle interactions in a busy environment with high volumesEscalate security concerns to management in an appropriate and timely mannerTake incoming calls and assist with queries in a swift and professional mannerPrioritize incoming emails from all lines of business and respond in a timely mannerAssign access to critical and restricted areas of the company to individuals, once the appropriateapproval has been soughtInvestigate and resolve issues that may arise with employees ID cardsEnsure that documented procedures are kept up to date and spreadsheets are maintainedOversee running of daily, weekly and monthly reports on a security database to ensure recordsare kept up to dateArrange meetings, compile and distribute minutesAssist the team supervisor/manager with project work as and when required.Ensure delivery of employee related services like permanent – temporary TIP gate pass & Militarybase pass within the allocated timeframeSupporting Accountabilities:Some experience and knowledge in OpSec – SecurityOrganized with attention to detailClear and confident oral and written communicatorExperience:4-5 years in Operational Security – Security function, in the UAE/Middle east (preferably).Education:High school diploma or equivalentCompany DescriptionLaunched in November 2019, the UAEs EDGE is one of the worlds leading advanced technology groups, established to develop agile, bold and disruptive solutions for defence and beyond, and to be a catalyst for change and transformation.
