- Lead daily store operations to ensure high standards in sales, service, merchandising, and cleanliness
- Actively coach and develop sales associates and supervisors to enhance team engagement and performance
- Drive financial performance by tracking KPIs, reducing shrinkage, and optimizing in-store promotions
- Maintain stock accuracy, visual display consistency, and compliance with SOPs
- Resolve customer issues and elevate service standards to enhance the overall shopping experience
- Collaborate with head office, merchandising, and supply chain teams to execute retail strategies
- Uphold Al-Futtaim’s values in all aspects of store leadership and customer interaction
**Ideal Profile**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a fast-paced retail environment
- Diploma or equivalent required; additional training in retail or customer service is a plus
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with POS systems, visual merchandising standards, and retail SOPs
