- Coordinate staff schedules, approve leave, and ensure shift coverage
- Handle team feedback, resolve issues, and guide performance improvement
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure optimal stock levels
- Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with administrative procedures
- Oversee security practices related to cash handling and inventory protection
- Align store layout and promotions with brand marketing strategies
- Manage team grooming standards and uphold store presentation policies
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within retail
- Excellent customer service and team management skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail sales metrics
- Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, retail, or a related field preferred
