Package: 14,000 AED per month, plus service charge
I’m currently supporting an amazing hospitality group, in Dubai, who are looking for an extremely talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join one of their newest projects based in the heart of Downtown, Dubai.
This will be a large and diverse operation with restaurant & bar concepts, and we need an amazing Assistant Restaurant Manager to come in to set-up, open and help head up this awesome venue. This will be a high-end, fine dining concept which will run predominantly an evening service with all day dining on the weekends.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in the luxury lifestyle environments – high volume, high revenue turnover, independent restaurants with new opening experience too. Experience operating within Dubai and/or GCC based independent hospitality/F&B groups will definitely be preferred.
Strong international experience is preferred, ideally to have worked in International food hubs around the world. Opening experience in the Middle East is beneficial.
We are looking for someone with a great personality, with high energy & a sense of humour.
Expected salary: 14000 per month
