Job description: Responsibilities:Plan and Manage the end to end online and onsite registration process for CLIENT Events, working closely with registration vendors and internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations and Show TeamsStay abreast of new technologies to deliver innovative improvements that enhance the online and onsite visitor experienceManage post-show DTCM reconciliation processInterface with IT to ensure registration data is captured and fed into internal systems (e.g. Dynamics CRM, Eloqua)Document Standard Operating Procedures for registrations process to align on roles and responsibilities with Marketing and Show TeamsDocument Registration Reporting functional requirements to deliver greater insights to Marketing and Show TeamsDevelop deep understanding of all CRM-related systems including Dynamics CRM, Eloqua and Registrations systemOffer guidance on onsite registrations layout, signage, and traffic flowEscalation points for onsite/online registration issuesRequired SkillsDegree in Project ManagementMin 3-year experience in similar positionStrong understanding of the exhibition business particularly from a registrations and visitor experience perspectiveFunctional Requirements DocumentationKnowledge of DTCM requirements in relation to registrations/visitor attendancePrevious use of Registration/Event Technology e.g. Heatmaps, NFC, RFID etc.Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordEnglish Speaking and WritingPeople Management SkillsVendor Management SkillsTime Management and Project Management SkillsCritical Thinking SkillsKnowledge of CRM SoftwareProcess Analysis and Mapping SkillsAttention to detailDealing with various cultures and an understanding of the Middle Eastern CultureAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.

Expected salary: 10000 – 15000 per month
