The ideal candidate will have deep F and B knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional Mediterranean dining experiences in a 5-star setting.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah\’s service standards
- Maintain high levels of guest interaction and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service
- Manage team rosters, grooming, inventory, and cash handling in alignment with internal policies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to improve financial performance
- Take charge during Outlet Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making
- Lead staff training, performance management, and continuous development aligned with brand standards and hygiene regulations
Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Strong F and B background, preferably in Mediterranean or Italian cuisine
- Proficient in English; additional European languages such as Russian are a plus
- Experience in working with diverse, multicultural teams
- Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost optimization
