Job title: Assistant Manager – Sales (Maintenance)

Job description: Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the maintenance business.Identify and pursue new opportunities for AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services.Generate inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and revenue goals.Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.Client & Consultant Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property developers, consultants, and contractors.Conduct product and service presentations to showcase Aikah’s expertise in fire system maintenance.Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events to generate business leads.Project Coordination & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance contracts comply with ADCD regulations and NFPA standards.Work closely with the maintenance and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.Address client concerns and provide technical solutions related to maintenance services.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and project pipelines.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.Track and follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.Required SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the UAE fire protection industry, with at least 3 years in Abu Dhabi.Strong understanding of Fire Protection & Detection systemsKnowledge of ADCD regulations and NFPA standards is mandatory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools.UAE Driving License is a must.Existing network with Facility Managers, Property Developers, Consultants, and ID Contractors in Abu Dhabi.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business challenges.
Expected salary: 10000 – 13000 per month
