- Manage daily operations of the F and B outlet, ensuring all service and brand standards are consistently delivered with professionalism and care
- Support the Outlet Manager in enhancing guest engagement, maintaining records of regular patrons, and creating personalized experiences
- Monitor inventories, ensure timely reordering of supplies, and oversee compliance with internal cash handling policies
- Supervise the outlet’s cashiering and procurement activities related to operations, refurbishment, and culinary services
- Contribute to the preparation of forecasts and budgets while actively controlling expenses and maximizing profitability
- Make strategic recommendations to grow outlet revenue, increase market share, and drive customer retention
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years in an Assistant Outlet Manager or similar role, preferably in branded or luxury dining venues
- Proven experience in delivering premium F and B service standards
- Strong communication in English; an additional language is a plus
- Sound financial and operational management skills
- Passion for hospitality excellence and innovation in service delivery
