This role is integral to the coordination and delivery of high-profile conferences and events, ensuring operations run smoothly and guests receive exceptional service. As a member of the luxury events team, you will collaborate across departments, manage on-ground activities, and support financial and operational planning for event success.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and managing all aspects of events from setup to execution and post-event wrap-up
  • Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly
  • Supervise event teams, providing guidance, training, and on-the-ground support
  • Coordinate with hotel facilities to ensure venues are prepared and fully equipped
  • Track budgets, control costs, and seek efficiency improvements
  • Maintain high service standards aligned with Jumeirah brand expectations

Job Requirements

  • UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory)
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in event management or hotel operations
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple events under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
