Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Create, develop & implement HR critical policies and procedures including communications plan/program.
2.Review & revise the critical HR ‘best practice’ policies, procedures and processes to support the HR ‘Employee Life Cycle’ i.e. International Mobilization, Onboarding / Inductions, Immigration/Visa/Medical, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Succession planning, training & development, Exit procedure etc. in compliance with local/regional labour law.
3.Negotiate & execute cost effective changes to Office administration systems.
4.Advisor to Functional and Line management on organizational development.
5.Develop & implement performance review and management system including succession planning and Training & Development program.
6.Lead control compliance with regional employment law and HR legislation, coordinate SOX Compliance internal and external reviews and auditing.
7.Coordinate with Management, Finance team & Department Heads for annual Planning, budget and reporting.
8.Liaise with teams and run the payroll reports & WPS processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
9.Develop effective lines of communication with internal / external customers.
10.Support management by providing HR advice, counsel for decisions; analyses information and applications.
11.Plan and manage change in accordance with the Company’s development / Strategic plan.
12.Office Management – Jafza administration & documentation – Insurances – Reviews & Renewals – Leased Lines, Mobile connections – Expats Accommodation/Transportation – Staff Health & Safety – Staff Travel arrangements – Office Maintenance and facilityBackground And Experience:
1.Bachelors in Business Administration / Commerce (MBA in HR will be added advantage)
2.A minimum of 10 years’ hands on experience in HR and Office Administration with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Dubai, UAE (mandatory)
3.Comprehensive working knowledge of Jafza operations is a must.
4.Working knowledge in WPS
5.Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
6.Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
7.Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies
8.Proficient in HR software and tools
9.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
10.Strong working proficiency with MS Office applications
11.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
12.Must be a quick learner with ability to manage multiple tasks, while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills
13.UAE driving license is a must.
