Key Outputs:
Maintain Microsoft Access systems and Excel reporting templates for monthly, quarterly, and statutory reporting.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management account packs, including financial analysis and commentary.
Assist with budget templates and consolidation solutions.
Support bookkeepers with Excel or data queries.
Assist Regional Finance managers and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
Duties:
Ensure functionality of management accounts and consolidation processes.
Maintain up-to-date accounting templates.
Conduct continuous improvements to enhance efficiency.
Perform group and entity level consolidations.
Maintain Access database and perform month-end checks.
Prepare monthly management accounts reporting pack.
Conduct variance analysis and ensure accuracy of actuals and forecasts.
Assist in annual budget process and provide financial support to regional offices.
Perform forex analysis and provide ad hoc assistance as required.
Requirements:
B Comm Honours/CIMA qualified or strategic level.
Proficiency in MS Office Packages, particularly MS Excel.
Experience with MS Access beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and results-focused.
Ability to work in a challenging environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of finance principles and profitability.
Integrity and professionalism in all activities.
Effective planning and organisational abilities.
Quality orientation and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
