- Support the IT Manager in daily departmental operations and strategic execution
- Oversee system maintenance, network stability, and cybersecurity protocols
- Lead or assist in IT project delivery, from planning through execution
- Provide technical support and solutions for hardware and software issues
- Maintain vendor relationships and service agreements
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning
- Monitor IT budgets and contribute to financial planning
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet their IT requirements
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to support digital transformation
- Mentor junior IT staff and promote a culture of innovation and service
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of IT management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of network architecture, servers, and security systems
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise IT tools
- Knowledge of data protection laws and IT governance
- Ability to multitask under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- Flexible availability including occasional off-hours or weekend work
