- Coordinate VIP guest arrivals, ensuring preferences are known and communicated to relevant departments
- Supervise Guest Relations and Lobby Greeters, maintaining an active front-office presence
- Oversee the preparation of welcome amenities, ensuring all guests receive a signature warm reception
- Manage guest profiles and arrival checklists, maintaining accurate records to personalize service
- Engage regularly with in-house guests, obtain feedback, and resolve issues swiftly
- Lead, coach, and support the Guest Services and Front Desk teams to exceed guest expectations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Bachelor\’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; PMS and front office systems knowledge preferred
- Proven experience working with VIP and high-profile guests
