  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting corporate and government clients (FIT and group)
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term revenue opportunities
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and site inspections to enhance client engagement
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Events, and Marketing teams to optimize packages and pricing
  • Track market trends, analyze performance reports, and maintain CRM records
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events
  • Deliver exceptional service from first contact through post-event follow-up
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and partner organizations

Reporting & MIS

  • Produce monthly forecasts, performance analytics, and strategic insights
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track sales activity, and ensure accountability
  • Assist in budget planning and revenue projections

Governance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and client contractual obligations
  • Promote continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and team performance
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to leadership development initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel corporate sales or related field
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s corporate and government travel markets
  • Proficient in sales systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Opera)
  • Passion for luxury service, relationship-building, and brand representation
