About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Coordination, the Executive Officer is responsible for providing a range of efficient and effective administrative and project support services to the Director and the Strategy and Coordination directorate. This role will be responsible for the provision of diverse and significant administrative support to maintain the effective daily co-ordination of the directorate and divisional activities to meet relevant work priorities and outcomes. The role will provide support to ensure excellent client and stakeholder management, the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices and services and deliver discrete project work to meet the needs of the directorate and the deliverables within its remit.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education Care) online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO4: $75,430 – $79,070 per annum plus superannuation
