- Provide stage management expertise for divisional arts projects and productions
- Mentor and advise students involved in classroom and student-led performance initiatives
- Coordinate rehearsal rooms and special event logistics across arts programs
- Write and maintain rehearsal and project reports, supporting academic documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on innovative arts installations and productions
- Contribute to the development of best practices in arts production within NYUAD’s diverse and inclusive learning environment
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in stage management required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to support live performance projects across multiple disciplines
- Flexibility to contribute to visual arts, interactive media, and cross-program events
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience preferred
- Degree in Stage Management or equivalent professional experience
