Personal development and commitment to their advancement and development.Successful candidates must demonstrate the following experience and/or capabilities:Perform regular job site inspections to identify, document and recommend mitigation of hazardous/potentially hazardous conditions and verify correction actions have been completed.
Support incidents investigations to include interviews, data compilation, photographs and completing proper documentation.
Evaluate various planning/permits such as: Hot Work, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Excavation, Steel Erection, Energized Work, Pre-cast Tilt-Up as examples for effective and appropriate mitigation techniques.
Industrial Hygiene principles and techniques involved in Hearing conservation, Lasers, Silica, Asbestos, Lead work, as examples.
Understanding of fire protection, flammable/combustible materials storage/management.
Working knowledge of OSHA Regulations

Bachelor’s Degree in an Environmental Health and Safety Related field
Safety Professional Certification
BCSP, GCP, or ASP
CHST
