Job description: – Prepare authority approval drawings in compliance with local regulations and standards, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtain efficiently.
– Apply extensive knowledge of interior materials and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings to produce accurate and functional designs.
– Develop and prepare detailed Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, providing clear and precise instructions for construction teams.
– Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards while addressing any on-site issues.
– Ensure all drawings and plans adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.Salary:
AED 3,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSPosition Title: Architectural Draftsman
