Job description: Responsibilities
1.Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements and specifications.
3.Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of all API endpoints.
4.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of APIs to ensure optimal functionality.
5.Monitor and optimize API performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and issues.
6.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in API development.
7.Document API designs, specifications, and usage guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
8.Provide technical support and guidance to other developers on API-related issues.Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.Proven experience as an API Developer or in a similar role.
3.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
4.Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
5.Familiarity with API design principles and best practices.
6.Experience with API management tools and platforms (e.g., Swagger, Postman, Apigee).
7.Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
8.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
10.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

1.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
2.Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
