The Aluminum Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of aluminum works-such as façades, curtain walls, cladding, and structural framing-from design coordination through to site delivery. This includes supervising subcontractors, liaising with design consultants, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage aluminum scope of work within construction projects
- Define project timelines, deliverables, and execution plans in line with budget
- Coordinate between design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure proper integration of aluminum systems
- Source and manage suppliers and subcontractors for aluminum materials and works
- Monitor project milestones and conduct regular site inspections to track progress
- Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards across all phases
- Generate project reports and communicate updates to senior management and clients
- Resolve any technical or operational issues related to aluminum works
- Mentor project team members and oversee their daily tasks and responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5-8 years of UAE or GCC experience in aluminum works or façade projects
- Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication and installation processes
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management tools
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments
