Job description: Responsibilities:Reviews online applications submitted online through the community portal.Verifies uploaded documents like licenses, scope of works & other related documents is correct.Reviews the submitted drawings are based on the scope or works and ensure that proposed works are in-line with the Guidelines.Prepares the NOC by adding the conditions per scope of work and specifying the date of completion.Consult with the manager for any major work applications prior to processing any request or providing any information to customers.Handles correspondence with customers regarding home modifications/alterations.Schedules sites and office appointments for home modification/alteration consultancy, if required.Updates system for all unauthorized home modification/alteration seen at site.Updates system for all home modification/alteration processes and requirements. Process cheque refunds to CM when required.Provide villa drawings and apartment floor plans for all communities as required by customers.To coordinate with Development, PQA and Property Handover, for any NOC related issues if needed.Visits/inspects villas and apartment units for security deposit refund purpose.Visits/inspects villas and apartment units for unauthorized home modification/alteration / violations/ or any other modification/alteration issues.Visits/inspects villas and apartment units to provide guidance to homeowners with regards to their proposed works if needed.Visits/inspects site as and when required and reports irregularities if any.Required Skills:Graduate Degree in Engineering or Building Management preferredMinimum of two years’ experience in relevant area preferably in a medium to large organizationGood communication skills – AdvancedGood computer skills -IntermediateExcellent organizational skills- AdvancedStrong problem analysis, solving and research skills- IntermediateAbility to convey message politely, tactfully and confidently in conflicts or challenging situations- IntermediateAbility to interact tactfully and effectively with customers- AdvancedMeticulous attention to detail. – AdvancedAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments- AdvancedIntegrate well into teams & work towards achieving team results- IntermediatePolite and confident with a great deal of patience

Expected salary: 6500 per month
