Job description: Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in project coordination or PMO functions, preferably in a fast-paced or events-focused environment.3 years of specialized event and operational events requirements; able to operate in different scope of eventsExperience working in higher education, admissions, or event operations. Knowledge of CRM or Project Management systems (e.g., Slate, ASANA) is an advantage. Background in supporting complex cross-functional project delivery.Excellent organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Exceptional time management and organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to manage multiple timelines under pressure with high attention to detail.Available to work evenings and weekends

Expected salary: 15000 – 20000 per month
