Full Time | Fixed Term Position until 31 December 2025.
The Adelaide Graduate Research School is seeking an Admissions Assistant to coordinate prospective graduate research student enquiries and provide support with operational tasks including facilitating application processing, liaising with applicants and Faculty staff to ensure information flow and undertaking data entry.
This position reports to the Manager Admissions and Scholarships and would suit an individual who excels in organisational and administration skills, thrives working in a high-volume environment and has a meticulous approach to ensure tasks are completed accurately. The successful candidate will utilise their well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
To be successful you will need:
- The ability to interpret policies and procedures.
- Experience working effectively within a team.
- High level computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
Experience and knowledge of University systems and processes is highly desirable, however not essential.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
