Job description: Our client, a leading name in General Contracting industry is seeking to hire an Administrative Secretary for their office based in Abu Dhabi.Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, and plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Familiarity with letter drafting, presentations, etc.

Education & other requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience.
  • Proficient communication and written skills.
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager.

Salary range: 5000 – 7000 AEDWorking hours: 8 hours/dayWorking days: 5.5 days/weekLocation: Al Nahyan – Abu Dhabi

Expected salary: 5000 – 7000 per month
