- Managing and coordinating administrative functions and activities within the organization.
- Developing and implementing efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Managing and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Creating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Providing administrative support to staff and management.
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Assist in raising LPO’s and invoices
