Job description: Responsibilities:Provide a high level of customer service and care.Present the company in a professional manner in all business fields.Self-development and continuing personal development.Progress payment/valuation/Invoices/FTA cases registration (Shareholder, excel and oracle system)Project file registration (shareholder, excel and oracle system)SZHP, DOF & FTA reconciling (weekly & monthly basis) Business monthly reports (Performance Indicator KPI, Pending cases, and under process cases reports.Monthly MIS preparation.Manage and follow up all kind of e-mails related to the department, contact the customers and clients based on business needs.Ensure a high standard of report output and quality control.Required Skills:Bachelor University DegreeGood communication skills Accounting knowledgeGood to advance Microsoft programs knowledge. Minimum two years’ experience working in the field.
Expected salary: 5300 – 8300 per month
